Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me..."
Matthew 19:14
Our mission is to provide a safe environment for all children; to feel God's powerful, unconditional love for them, to learn the stories and messages of Jesus, and to understand how to give God's love to others.
Sunday mornings
We encourage families to worship together as a family at 9:00 or 11:10 am service, then attend Sunday school at 10:00 am. For parents who want a kid-specific option during worship, our nursery is available for kids birth - 5 years old. Our Kids' Ministry is in our Ministries Bldg. (one story red brick building)

Sunday Mornings - Frequently Asked Questions
It's our first time at First Frisco, what do we do?
Join us in the Ministries Building (one-story red brick building). There will be greeters and signs directing you to our check-in stations. After registering your children, you'll receive three labels. One is for your child to wear, one is your security pass to pick up your child, and one is for their teacher. After your child is registered, one of our greeters will be more than happy to give you a tour of our children's area to ensure your comfort and answer any questions you may have. Our Nursery (for ages 5 & under) is located in the Ministries Bldg. as well.
What are your procedures for keeping kids safe?
Safety and security are fundamental to our First Frisco children's experience. Every First Frisco children's volunteer has been background checked and received training. Children can't be picked up by an adult without the security tag received at check-in. Parents may be notified by text if they are needed in the children's area for any reason.
What exactly happens in Sunday School?
At First Frisco, we want kids to have fun while learning more about God's love. Their experience will include music, Bible reading and interactive discussions. They'll love the fun games and activities that help reinforce the daily message and lesson.
What should I do after Sunday School ends?
After Sunday School, we encourage you to ask your child about what they learned and discuss how they might be able to apply it during the upcoming week. Our new Orange Curriculum includes a Parent Cue take-home sheet with topics and discussion questions.
I'd love to help teach Sunday School, how do I get more involved?
We love and encourage parents and loved ones to become involved in teaching Sunday School. Our volunteers are highly dedicated and see the opportunity to serve children and families as a privilege. All our volunteers are background checked and go through MinistrySafe training. If you would like to get involved, email us at children@firstfrisco.org.

acolyte sign up
We invite you to become a shining light at our 11:10 traditional service! Are you ready for a special role in our worship community?
1st-5th graders are invited to sign up to be an acolyte and experience the joy of serving. We have two openings per service. One lights the altar candle and one carries the Bible and puts it on the Altar.
Since ancient times, light and fire have reminded people that God is here with us. So, the lighting of the candles represents the Holy Spirit coming into the presence of the worship service.
